Second attempt: the grocery cart is my first checkpoint

I got down 95 pounds by spring 2023, stayed under 180 for a while, then a move and two jobs pulled me back to 226. I restarted my prescription after a gap, but the part I'm trying to notice first is the grocery cart.

This week it had eggs, cottage cheese, frozen mango, and actual salad I'll eat. Last time I waited for the scale to tell me I was "back." Now I'm counting mornings I wake up without a food hangover, and walks after dinner even when they're short.

I'm not starting from zero, but I am starting from memory. For those who regained and returned, what non-scale checkpoint told you the shift was real?
