I fly most weeks for work, so my food plan lives in a backpack: turkey sticks, a shaker bottle, apples, and whatever protein I can find near the gate. I'm on a weekly GLP-1 and down 37 lb since last fall, so I'm mostly in maintenance-brain mode.
Every time I open a news app, retatrutide and triple agonist pop up, and part of me gets excited about the next thing while the other part thinks, please don't make me rebuild my routine again. The travel logistics are already enough: hotel room coffee, weird fridge shelves, 6 a.m. terminal walks.
I'm not rushing to change anything just because a pipeline story sounds promising. But I do want to understand it better.
Anyone else read the triple-agonist stuff and then go back to your same packed lunch with a shrug?
