Cooking for a spouse on a GLP-1 while I'm not

Our youngest left for college in August, and my wife started a GLP-1 in January. I'm the cook in our house. I've been making smaller proteins, more roasted vegetables, and putting sauces on the side.

Last night I made a pot of chili; she ate about half a cup and was done. I felt oddly proud and a little lonely at the same time.

My own walks are up to three miles most evenings, but I'm still the one with the full plate. Anyone else learning a new kitchen rhythm while watching from the sidelines?
